I have an 03 f150 that has speedometer issues, Both speed and distance. I was told that I needed to replace the instrument cluster which was done. I did not disconnect the battery. Security light flashes, no dash lights, and I tried both keys and will not start. (wants to)

Any thoughts? Would be greatly appreciated.

You absolutely need to have the replacement cluster reprogrammed to the match the PCM or it will never start. Some locksmiths are able to do this but the dealer is a sure thing.
