Short Answer - Motorcraft SP507 or SP515. Champs or Brisk if yer willing to try something different and/or you really, really do not want to run another 2-piece plug for the rest of yer life ...
Time to get comfortable with Advance Search, sir. It will serve you well. (But - I will continue to try & help if required).

I have a new long block going into my truck, and I also was wondering about what plug to run.
I initially thought the 1 piece Champion was the no brainer. After searching a bit on here, I found that to be not true and decided to just use a brand new set of double plat Motorcraft plugs with plenty of anti-seize AND brand new COPs to make sure everything is kosher in the ignition department.

E3's - not well, as it hasw recently been revealed - see end of this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ot...ark-plugs.html. Sad - as they indeed looked promising. I feel bad for Sam too - he really put his heart into this.

I am running E3's in my 2006 F150. I currently have no regrets in running the. I am pretty pleased with them.
And they do have a 5 yr 100k mile warranty plus a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on them.
I have also ran E3's in my 2001 Blazer too. Had decent results.
As far as a 67, I don't know. My neighbor has one is his carb lawnmower? but now where near the same as a car. lol.

The corollary position would be:
- Brisk shrouds the arc less
- Brisk is easier to gap
- Brisk silver requires far less voltage to fire (silver being far more conductive than platinum)
- Brisk is a one-piece design
- Brisk does have a compatible heat range plug (sort-of, lol)
- Brisk electrode does wear faster though....
