Ignition coil on plugs

I want to change my plugs and coils on a 2000 f150 4.6
Which plugs should I get and where is the best place to buy the cops.?

Motorcraft platinums for plugs and do you have cop's or coil packs? Global automotive on ebay would be my choice.
