Question Autolite AR3932 Racing Spark Plugs??????

I recently put AR3932 Spark plugs in My 2000 F150 5.4L V8. I did not realize they were different than stock until after I started replacing. They look the same physically except the electrode is smaller. I ordered them from advance auto parts website and they said they fit my truck I did not even realize I was in performance section. I noticed in the spec sheet that the only difference is the racing is "non-resistor" and the stock is "resistor type" (2,000-20,000 ohms).

Will this hurt my engine or are they OK to run? I really don't feel like changing them again it took me over 4+ hours to do. Truck started and runs fine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time!
