Spark plug blowout repair kit

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has used the spark plug repair kits from local auto parts stores. It re sleeves the head and comes with a new plug and cool boot because the sleeve sticks the plug out further then stock. Its about 50 bucks and it's suppose to be a permenant fix for blow outs. Anyone used one before? Please let me know if anyone has used one and how it held up thanks

Say I want to do it myself, where have you guys been buying the timesert kit? Which one do I need? Also, my plug blew out and I put the plug back in and it tightens down and the threads still seem to be intact. Obviously they are probably stretched. I'm assuming the plug will still blow out eventually though. How hard is the timesert kit to install? It's the 3rd plug back on the drivers side and it's pretty easily accessible. I has ford repair one before but now this one has blown out. Thanks for the help guys

I wanted to own the kit so.. I bought a used one and ended up paying only a few bucks less then they sell new. You can buy the kit inserts oil and lock tight for well under $250 I think with the used kit I found I was into it $200
